PRODUCTS AND SERVICES Pretty Gal Bags is a business that at the moment only specializes in handcrafting high quality bag(s) for any occasion. I accept custom, wholesale and special orders with proper time to arrange materials, time to craft the bags(s) and shipping time please email prettygalbags@gmail.com if you have any questions and/or concerns. All bags will have a tag with the Pretty Gal Bags (logo) on one side and on the other side prettygalbags.com . The tags are an average of 1.25 inches in height and .75 inches in width. All bags will only be made with tag as a way of product identification. Items accompanying the bags in certain product pictures are not included in the purchased order and will not be shipped with the bags.

***Monitors and browsers may show a variation in how colors are displayed and may appear different on different monitors. With this in mind the images that we provide may vary in color precision depending on the quality of your monitor. ***


Bag(s) that are ordered (not a custom, wholesale or special order) will be crafted and shipped to buyer within 1-2 weeks of the order being placed, if for any reason a delay is present I will contact the buyer with the issue and proposed solution. The delivery time will depend primarily on two factors: item availability and shipping service. Item Availability: Unless otherwise noted, all items available for purchase on the website are in stock. Items that have materials that are backordered contain a note indicating this fact as well as the expected delivery time frame. Shipping Service: During checkout, my shopping cart option will show you a list of available shipping services through United States Postal Service (USPS ) and their corresponding prices and timeframes. You may also view shipping charges and timeframes through the “Calculate Shipping” link in the shopping cart. Some items carry a special delivery timeframe that may differ from that of other items from the same region — these items are clearly labeled with the special timeframe on the product detail page. NOTE: If it’s determined that I’m unable to deliver an order within the promised timeframe, I will immediately contact you via email.

Shipping options

All items at Pretty Gal Bags will ship direct to you from South Florida. Multiple shipping options are available through United States Postal Service (USPS), I will indicate the corresponding price and estimated timeframe for each service. Orders containing more than one item will be shipped once all items are crafted and ready for shipment. Additionally, some selected shipments will typically require a signature at the time of delivery, so whenever possible I encourage you to provide a shipping address at which someone will be present during the daytime to receive the package. PO Box Addresses Yes I will gladly ship to PO Box addresses in the USA with selected USPS shipping service.


Prices are subject to changes without notice; however, once an item has been purchased it will be recognized by me at its original price as far as it concerns returns, exchanges or store credit. Bags will only be crafted once a full payment for the bags(s) inclusive of taxes and shipment charges has been received. Pretty Gal Bags accepts payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover …) online only. PayPal is also acceptable. Credit cards will be charged once the online order has been placed. All payments are secured through Simplify Commerce to ensure that your privacy is protected. Florida sales tax will be added to the total before shipping fees to all Florida order as well as nationwide orders. Pretty Gal Bags reserves the right to cancel an order if: 1) Billing information provided for the credit card does not match the information on file with the card issuer/bank. 2) Credit card declined by the financial institution. 3) Charges are suspected to be fraudulent or indicative of possible illegal activity; in which case you will be contacted with the aim to find a resolution. 4) Other unique situations that may arise that would place a risk/burden on the transaction.


***US Only*** Refunds, exchanges or store credits will only be obtainable within 14 days (2 weeks) of you receiving your bag(s). A Returned Bag Authorization (RBA) number should be requested within that 14 day (2 weeks) grace period. To request an RBA you need to email prettygalbags@gmail.com with the subject line “Request for an RBA – (order #) Refunds, exchanged or store credits” Please be sure to provide pictures and a clear description in the body of the email. Once the RBA has been provided you will receive an address to return the bag(s). If the bag(s) have been sent to a different address or the address is incorrect or incomplete Pretty Gal Bags will not be responsible for lost order(s) and or will not grant a refund, exchange or store credits. If the return is not due to the fault of Pretty Gal Bags, the buyer is responsible for shipment and packaging (envelope can be purchased individually at any dollar store for $1.00) to return and to receive new bag(s). Bag(s) have to be shipped with a provider with tracking of the bag(s) is available and in the same condition and packaging the bag(s) were received; tracking numbers should be emailed to prettygalbag@gmail.com to follow the receiving date of bag(s). ***If Pretty Gal Bags made the mistake ***. A request for a RBA is also needed, email prettygalbags@gmail.com with the subject line “Request for an RBA – (order #) Mistake” with 14 days (2 weeks) of receiving your bag(s). Please be sure to provide pictures and a clear description in the body of the email. Once that initial email has been received and reviewed it will be at my discretion to accept or decline the exchange and or and store credit (buyer will receive an email with a response with 24 hours with shipping label). Pretty Gal Bags will provide a prepaid label (please make sure to use the provided label, if the bag(s) are sent to PGB with a different label and the address is incomplete or incorrect, Pretty Gal Bags has the right to reject an exchange or store credit in the event it gets lost), the packaging will be the responsibility of the buyer (envelope can be purchased individually at any dollar store for $1.00). Refunds, exchanges or store credits will not be available if the returned products have been damaged or altered in any way before arriving to Pretty Gal Bags. You should receive your refund within one week of receiving the bag(s) here at Pretty Gal Bags. Please remember: you only have 14 days (2 weeks) from the day you receive an bag to claim any type of refund, exchange or store credit.***International***. Pretty Gal Bags will not be responsible for shipping on any bags (refund / gift etc). The same procedure for (U.S ONLY) refunds apply and needs to be completed. As well as an extended 21 day (3 weeks) grace period to return.

Pretty Gal Bags reserves the right to deny a refund to anyone who has made what is determined to be excessive returns. Pretty Gal Bags is not responsible for loss or any costs incurred (including freight, duties and taxes, or import fees) for items returned without an RMA number or to any address sends to Pretty Gal Bags with Incomplete and or incorrect address. Pretty Gal Bags is not responsible for orders that have been provided with an incomplete or incorrect address when bag(s) was/were purchased. Once the bag(s) are returned to sender, it is responsibility of the buyer to purchase another shipping label. No cash refunds .

Return a gift

If a gift from Pretty Gal Bags was given to you and the bag(s) itself is still in perfect condition but you are not pleased an exchange could be granted, please request a Returned Bag Authorization (RBA) number by emailing prettygalbalgs@gmail.com in the subject line “Request for an RBA for Gift” Please be sure to provide pictures and a clear description in the body of the email. Once that initial email has been received and reviewed it will be at my discretion to accept or decline the exchange (buyer will receive an email with a response with 24 hours with an answer) It is the responsibility of the gift receiver to pay for the shipping and packaging expenses of the bag(s) when received by me and to be shipped back to gifted. It should also be shipped through a provider that has tracking number available (please email PGB the tracking number). Within a week from receiving the gifted bag(s) you will receive an email from prettygalbags@gmail.com providing a code to order other bags (equal price or less only). Shipping and taxes (if required) will have to be paid by the gifted for the new bag(s) to be sent.

All “sale” items are final sale. No returns, exchange or store credits are allowed on sale items. If you have issues with your bag.. i.e. some type of damage due to construction, I will repair your bag complimentary unless the damage is due to consumer error.
